Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.

 

Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:

 

All transactions on our site are processed in USD($). All prices are final and include tax. Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

 

Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

– All our orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days (Mon-Sat) once your order has been processed.

 

– We offer Free shipping for all orders.

 

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and other external conditions beyond our control.

 

Order/Shipment Tracking:

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). 

 

Order Cancellation

Damaged Goods

Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

 

Change of Address

Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.
